Pastor Keion (00:00:03):
Lemme introduce to my father. I believe that we owe God a praise Acts chapter three verse number one. If you got it, say, I got it,

Speaker 2 (00:00:25):
I got

Pastor Keion (00:00:26):
It. You still look and say, hold up,

Speaker 2 (00:00:28):
Hold up.

Pastor Keion (00:00:33):
If you don’t know where to look, just Google it. I mean, you don’t have to be a super saint. I remember I was growing up in the church and pastor would say them, them books like Micah and all them Ezra and I ain’t know where they were. I just go to table of contents, find the page number, acts chapter three, verse one. Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer. The Bible says, being the ninth hour Pastor Mond, I told you about to find out there was a certain lame man. That means he couldn’t walk and it wasn’t from a car accident. He was lame from his mother’s wombs and he was carried daily, not weekly, he didn’t go to church once a week like us. He was carried daily at the gate of the temple, which was called beautiful to ask alms of them that entered the temple. That means he was asking for money who sing Peter and John about to go into the temple and asked for alms and Peter fastened his eyes up on him with John and said, look on us. And he gave heeded unto them expecting to receive something from them. When they said, look at me, he thought that they were going to give him money.

(00:02:22):
Peter says, silver and gold have I none, but such as I have give I thee in the name

Speaker 2 (00:02:37):
Jesus

Pastor Keion (00:02:39):
Of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. And he took him by the hand and lifted him up and immediately his feet and ankle bones receive strength and the man who was just lame is now leaping and walking and the man who was at the gate is now in the temple walking and leaping and praising God

Speaker 3 (00:03:26):
Praise

Pastor Keion (00:03:27):
And all the people who used to see him begging, now they see him walking. Tell your neighbor, don’t get used to me in this condition. Next time you see me, I’m going to be on my feet. This is what God told me to talk about. You won’t see this coming, but God says, tell the people that they are about to be surprised by strength. Touch anybody you can reach and tell ’em surprised by strength you may be seated in the presence of the Lord. What we are witnessing in this text is the greatest shift that the church has ever seen. It has nothing to do with denomination, has nothing to do with personalities, has nothing to do with war. What we are about to witness is a shift of seismic proportion that was initiated and propagated in the chapter before the one we just read in chapter two. There is an event that just took place, we call it the Day of Pentecost. For those of you all who don’t know what Pentecost is, it is the day that the Holy Spirit sat on the church. Why Pentecost? Because the Greek word Pentecost is the English word 50.

(00:06:11):
So Pentecost means 50. Why 50? Because when Jesus was resurrected, the Bible tells us that seven Sundays later, which is the equivalent of 50 days after the resurrection of Jesus, the Holy Spirit sat on the church and they said that when they heard the sound of a rushing wind, they saw what appeared to be cloven tongues, a fire. And every man, whether they spoke in Japanese, whether they spoke Hebrew, whether they spoke in English, whether they spoke Spanish, whether they spoke Mandarin. The Bible says that they all began to speak in an unknown tongue as the spirit gave them utterance. Are you with me? Yes

Speaker 3 (00:07:25):
Sir.

Pastor Keion (00:07:27):
And when they began to speak in unknown languages, the Bible says that 3000 souls were added to the church in one worship experience. Don’t let anybody tell you that the day of Pentecost can be repeated. There is one day of Pentecost here too after all we do is celebrate the original day. Now the shift that I’m talking about is I need you to stay with me in the first five to 10 minutes of this because I have to get you ready for what I’m going to say. The reason why the day of Pentecost is so amazing, it’s because before this day the Holy Spirit didn’t dwell in people. The spirit of God dwelled in what was called the Ark of the Covenant. The Ark of the Covenant was a chase or a chest that was gold inside wood in the middle and gold on the outside. The writer describes it this way. It was inlaid with gold. It had chitum wood in the middle and it had gold on the outside. And the reason why it was gold wood and gold is because the arc of the covenant was the representation of the holy trinity because there is gold which represents divinity and wood, which represents humanity. So the gold wood, gold was Father Son Holy Ghost

(00:09:05):
And inside of the Ark of the Covenant was three things. Number one manner that had fallen from heaven that did not spoil the tablets that Moses wrote, the 10 Commandments and Aaron’s rod that butted inside of the ark. Now why does that make sense? Aaron’s rock a stem from a tree. Whenever you detach a stem from a tree, it should die. But somehow in the presence of God, a detached limb was able to still grow because when you are in the presence of God, it doesn’t matter what you detached from. As long as I got Jesus touch somebody and say, I don’t need anybody else, I don’t

Speaker 3 (00:09:59):
Need anybody

Pastor Keion (00:10:00):
Else. The Ark of the Covenant was the piece of furniture that was in the tabernacle, behind a tent, behind a curtain, behind a veil, which was called the holies of holies, and no one could behold it except for the high priest and he couldn’t behold it until the day of atonement. The day of atonement was the day that the high priest would sacrifice a lamb for the sins of Israel. We no longer need a priest to sacrifice for us because when Jesus Christ came, he became the high priest and we no longer need to sacrifice bulls and lambs because Jesus is the lamb slain before the foundation of the world and they had to slay a lamb every year. Jesus sacrificed himself once and it is for eternity because he is the alpha

(00:11:08):
And he is the omega. He is the beginning and the end. This arc, this piece of furniture that represents the presence of God has gone through a difficult time. It was taken from the tabernacle of Moses by the Philistines and it was kept for seven months and they put it on a shelf next to an idol named Dagon. It was taken from there and it was taken by Saul’s son, Abby Ather, and it was taken from there and David wanted it to go to the courts of Jerusalem and from there he sent it to the house of Obed Edam. But when he found out that Obed Eden’s house was blessed, he took it from there because I don’t care how good some people are, they can’t stand to see you. Blessed when they’re struggling, took it from there and it ends up with Zod and Abby Ather, the priest under David and they take it and it goes back and forth and somewhere around 5 86 BC the temple was destroyed and from there we lose sight of the ark and we don’t know where it is. Are y’all still with me? I need you to hear me. The temple was destroyed and the ark was lost. Now, why did I go through that historical lesson? The reason why I went through that historical lesson is because the temple that the young man is sitting in front of doesn’t have the arc of the

Speaker 3 (00:12:39):
Covenant,

Pastor Keion (00:12:41):
Which means that the temple that the young man is sitting in front of doesn’t have the spirit of God in it. All of my life I have read this text and talked about the man being lame, and it wasn’t until this week that I recognized that the reason why the man was lame is because the temple was The problem with today’s society is the spirit is no longer in the church and no wonder our sons are lame because the temple is lame. No wonder our daughters are lost because the temple is lame. No wonder we are on the precipice of losing a generation because the temple is lame every time a pastor has to get up, Bishop did it and I have to do it and say somebody ought to praise God. Somebody ought to give God glory. Sharon Ann and Kfi are up here saying somebody ought to praise God and we’re begging you to praise God in his house.

(00:13:55):
The one thing you ought to be able to do when you enter a man’s house is at least say thank you. Oh, I wish I had somebody who knews, who knew whose house you were in. My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer. Touch three people and say, this is his house. This is his house. It may be our church, but it’s his house. You didn’t die for this place. You didn’t shed any blood for this place you give your tithes and offering, but it is insignificant to the gift that he gave. Our marriages are suffering because the temple

(00:14:29):
Is lame. Our society is struggling not because of the politicians but because the temple is lame and we want to blame the man. He was born that way, but the temple once had the presence of God. The temple is lame, the temple, no, you all remember when we used to go to the church and somebody would say, when I think of the goodness of Jesus and all that he’s done for me, people will lose their mind. Y’all remember the time when people would shout and clear out a whole row? Y’all remember the time that people would shout and wigs would fire off. Y’all remember a time when people would shout and you had to have tissue handed out because everybody felt the presence of God. Now, you siddy saints want to come to church and worry about your mascara and your makeup and your suit and your tie and your persona and who going to catch you looking crazy? Let me tell you something. I’d rather you take a picture of me looking ugly for God than looking pretty for you. The temple. The temple is lame. The temple is lame. The temple is lame. Look at how many people after that moment still haven’t used their legs. The temple

(00:15:56):
Is lame. We want to praise God in a seat. We want to praise God comfortable. We want to praise God with our arms folded. We want to praise him with an attitude. Un hold your arms and give God the glory. The temple is laid. Lift up your hands. Lift up your head. O ye Jesus, be ye lifted up here, the lasting doors and the king of glory, the temple. The temple is lame. The temple is lame. We come in lame. I’m going in here to get mine. Nobody better not say nothing to me. I need a seat. They better sit me up front. They, oh, this parking lot is getting on my nerve. I can’t take it. You paid 20 to go see somebody else. You’re parked here for free. The temple is lame. Give your neighbor high five. I don’t want to touch my neighbor On New Year’s, you’re going to kiss somebody in the mouth. You don’t know the temple is lame. Only place people worry about germs is church

Speaker 3 (00:17:30):
Preach

Pastor Keion (00:17:31):
The temple is laying. So no wonder he can’t walk because the place on the other side of the gate has no power hour, but not the lighthouse. Slap three people say not my church. I was glad when they said unto me, let us go to the house of the Lord. I don’t care what the traffic look like on rank and road. I don’t care how far I got to walk from the truck stop. I’ve got to get to Jesus. The entire story starts with the rattling of a cup. Got some spare change, help brother out. You ever notice how people ask you for something if you don’t give it to ’em, they get mad at you like they got a right to it. You better get out my face. You right, you right. He’s been lame since his mother’s birth. Birth him. Go back and read another text. It tells us that the man is 40 years old at the time he’s at the gate. So he hasn’t been able to walk for 40 years. He’s never had the ability to walk. And so this is what he decided to do for a living. And the Bible says every day

(00:20:01):
He got somebody to cooperate with him and drink him to the temple. Now a cup in the Bible is a symbol for a blessing. Psalm 75 says God has a cup in his hand and his desire is to fill it to the brimm. And when I started studying for this message, I saw cups in your hands, but I also saw them running over. I don’t know who this word is for, but the fact that you came to church today with an empty cup means that God is about to fill your cup.

(00:21:20):
Lord, help me in this place today. You be surprised what an empty cup will accomplish. And the reason why many of you all have not seen the manifestations of God is because you sit in church and act full. I’m right back where I started. You got your arms folded like you ready to burp. You sitting back like you have already had enough. You’ve already stood for an hour. I ain’t standing no more. You’ve already clapped. You’ve met your clap quota. You’ve already done as much as you going to do. And whenever you come in God’s house and acts full, he doesn’t offer you a meal. See, when you come in church and you act stuck up, you are sending God a message. I’m so full that I don’t need what you’re offering, but those of us who are hungry as the deer pet for streams of water. So my soul, I’m looking for 500 thirsty people. Somebody shout, I’m hungry, I’m hungry, I’m hungry, I’m hungry. I’m not talking about a house, I’m not talking about a car. I’m talking about the peace. That’s a passeth all understanding. I’m talking about protection in the time of storm. Somebody shout peace

(00:22:58):
Second kings. Y’all remember two kings when the Bible says that God told Elijah to dig wells, he said, just go around and just dig wells. Why do you dig a well for the purposes of water? Well, guess what? He was lacking water. So here God is telling him to make room for what he doesn’t have. Hold God, help me. He says in Second King he says, he says, Elijah, go and dig some pits. I need you to dig wells everywhere. God, there’s no water. Elijah, shut your mouth and dig the well man. But God, I don’t have the money go to the bank. God, I don’t have the credit. Fill the application. God, I don’t have the degree. Go on the interview stick. Somebody shall dig your way out. He says, you got to dig it. Watch what he says. He says, but you got to trust me because I’m going to send the rain but I won’t show you clouds. Yes sir. And there will be no lightning, so you’re going to have to trust that I can make it rain. And all of a sudden the heavens open and God fills the wells.

(00:24:47):
And the only reason why God didn’t give him more water is because he didn’t dig more wells. You are limiting God by how much faith you have to dig when you’re tired. Dig when you’re single. Dig when you’re angry. Dig when you’re broke. Dig when you’re stressed. Dig when you’re angry. Dig, dig, dig, dig. You remember the woman with the barrels and she needed oil? Bible says that as long as they, she kept producing barrels, God kept producing oil and the oil only stopped running when she ran out of barrels. You better stop talking about that. God is absent. You did not bring enough barrels. It’s because most of us are just, this is our mentality scarcity. I’m just barely making it robbing Peter to pay. These people’s got me on this job and they ain’t paying me enough. I’m trying to make ends meet, which is my first point. God has too many cup holders looking for somebody to help you and God only helps those. Oh, I got Bible a man who don’t work that go for women too. Now I’m going to say something. I’m going to say something. Women don’t get mad at me. But finding a good man is not a good financial plan.

(00:27:26):
I’m going to say it again. Give me this one. When you connect your increase to somebody who can leave you, then your increase walks out of the door. When you go through a situation that changes your life, I need a thousand women in here to say, God, if you give me an idea, I’ll make it happen. Romans 1 28 says, they had no mind to recognize God, so he turned them over to a reprobate mind. That means that when you come in church and you are a cup holder, just settling for somebody, giving you something, instead of trying to get it from the source, you find yourself sending a signal to God that says, God, I don’t need you say stuff That ain’t how I praise God. I’m an introvert at church, at the club. You go hard. I see so many introverts on the internet. I’m like, I thought they was a how you twerking online and you are introvert. I don’t understand. And we come in church and we sit down in God’s house where he is the main attraction and we refuse to give him the sacrifice of praise and then we wonder while we leave and go back to this,

(00:29:26):
It’s because when you were here, you sat down and you acted like you didn’t need anything. Desperate people are not reserved. Desperate people are not cool. Just give your neighbor a five. I don’t do fives. I’m not a fiber. Some of y’all got 12 ounces of hand sanitizer in your purse right now. I need you when you show up here to come before him as an empty cup so you might be filled with the precious gift

Speaker 3 (00:30:48):
Of the Holy Ghost.

Pastor Keion (00:30:53):
What is wrong with the lame temple is that there are a lot of people who are in Jesus but they don’t have the Holy Spirit in them. And we ignore the Holy Spirit because he requires conviction. We love Jesus because he paid it all. And so we thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus. And the Holy Spirit is like that was me. Cup holders just this is what your life sounds like and you serve a God of abundance. You too blessed to have to beg. Let me make a declaration, somebody to say this. I ain’t begging nobody else for another thing. Ain’t going to beg you to love me. I ain’t going to beg you to like me. I ain’t going to beg you to care about me. I’m not going to beg you to see my worth. I’m not asking you for nothing. All I’m going to do is open up my heart and watch God fill my cup. So the first problem we have, it is cup holders. The second group of people are gatekeepers. Last I checked, there was no rule that said that lame men couldn’t go in the temple.

(00:33:07):
He had access to the temple just like everybody else. And by the way, if he had gotten a group of people to commit to bringing him to the gate daily, they could have just took a couple more steps and took him into the temple, which means they took him where he wanted to be. And the problem with today’s church is that there are too many people who settle for getting close to God. Oh y’all, y’all got to help me. We’re talking about miracles this month in wonders. There is a proximity problem in the church preach Acts four and 22 tells us at the time of the miracle, as I said, the man was 40 years. That means for 40 years or at least until the time he decided to beg, he had gotten cooperation from people to take him to the gate and he had a choice to go into the temple, but he settled for the fringes. Do you know how many Christians and how many men and women of God settling for the gate? That means I come but don’t ask me to volunteer. I come but don’t ask me to serve. I didn’t come here to serve. I came here to get a word and I’m going home. How many say I came here to get a word? I don’t want to know nobody. I don’t want to meet nobody. I don’t need no new friends. Drake said No new friends I got and

(00:35:04):
You’re on the cusp. You’re on the fringes, but how can you date God and ask for a ring? You can’t date God and ask to be on the deeded of the house that comes when you marry me. You can’t expect the fullness of God and he only gets a part-time relationship with you and God told me to tell you boldly, he’s not looking for part-time lovers. God says, I am not a sugar daddy. I don’t just want to see you at night. I don’t want to just see you every other weekend. I want to see you in my house daily like they saw you at the gate. Oh no. I know you’re not going to say man, but can I get about 500 people that would admit you haven’t been as close to God as you should have been. You have not gotten all the way in like you should have, but this is the season where you are about to enter into his with Thanksgiving. Watch this, but he follows it up. I entered into his gates with Thanksgiving. It didn’t stop there. I entered into his courts and there is the difference because the gates gets you on the premises but the courts

(00:36:31):
Gets you the promises. I want you to high five somebody who ain’t lame and sitting down acting like I ain’t saying nothing and give ’em a high five and say God is about to bring the blessing to you. God is about to give you strength where you need it. God is about to take you beyond the gate. Somebody slaps somebody. I’m going beyond the gate. I’m going beyond the gate. I’m bigger than this. I’m brighter than this. I’m smarter than this. I deserve more than this, but I’ve got to get on the other side. Who am I helping? Look at you every time. I don’t want to sit next to no gatekeeper.

Speaker 3 (00:37:17):
I don’t want to next. No gatekeeper.

Pastor Keion (00:37:22):
Here I am inviting you to the party and you stop at the door like you not going in with me. Well, guess what? You can stay at the gate, but I’m going into the courts. I’m going to get my miracle. I’m going to get my praise on. I’m going to get my, I don’t care if I look stupid. I don’t care if my mascara is running down my face. I don’t care if this track slipped. I don’t care if I look a fool. I came here to get a miracle. I came here to get blessed. I didn’t drive 20 minutes to be q. I trove here because I was expecting something. Somebody shout no gatekeepers. Now Quentin, lemme tell you why most people stay at the gate. Alex, you want to know why most people stay at the gate because it’s beautiful. The Bible says it is a gate called beautiful and Josephus said that nine of the gates were outlaid with gold, but the beautiful gate was made of Corinthian brass, which means that it was more expensive because it was not gold plated. It was brass through and through. So here he is broke leaning up against wealth.

(00:38:47):
That’s what coming to the gate does. It gets you in the proximity of what you need, but you can’t access it because you’re on the wrong side of it and many of you all online and in this church you are in the atmosphere where miracles happen but because you are on the other side of the atmosphere because you don’t do all that because it don’t take all that to praise God. I’ve never seen any group of people do that. When you go to the doctor, they say take your clothes off. What you do when the dentist says open your mouth, what do you do? You say, ah, why? Because the dentist can’t operate on a tooth with a closed mouth. How can God operate on a spirit with a closed heart? You can’t come in here and not take orders from the doctor. Lift your hands, open up your mouth. Give God glory. These are the orders for the miracle. I can’t hear nobody. I will bless the Lord at all times and his praise shall continuously be in my mouth. I’m going to give you about 30 seconds to follow the doctor’s orders and shout in this place until hell gets nervous. Open up your mouth online. I want to see fire in the chat. Give God some glory.

(00:40:31):
I can’t hear nobody give God the glory. He settled for close. How can you catch on fire if you are afraid of the flame? Okay, I’m going to make my wife and I have been talking about this. I feel that we are now in the days of the prophet when he finally went into the house and said this house is too straight, the word straight is translated. I believe that it’s time for us to enlarge our territory. The reason why, it’s because anytime the building tells you how big you can be, the facility now is dictating to us what we can do. I think it’s time for us to switch cups, but I can’t do it with a lame temple. I can’t do it when 80% of us are still settling for being at the gate. You either have to be all in

Speaker 3 (00:42:41):
Or all out

Pastor Keion (00:42:49):
Because when he opens the windows of heaven and pours out a blessing, you don’t have room enough to receive and you’re at the gate, you’re going to miss the poor gatekeepers settling for being close because you follow some negative individual online who this is one thing that bothers me. When something happens, somebody say that’s the reason why go to church now if that’s the reason you don’t go, how come you didn’t stop going today that that happened? You ain’t been going. That ain’t the reason you don’t go to church. You don’t go for several reasons, but that ain’t the reason when they recall me. You don’t say That’s the reason I don’t go to grocery store. Now, when the banks steal your money, you don’t say, that’s the reason I don’t go. That’s why I don’t have a deposit. Now when they recall a part on the car that broke down, that’s the reason why I don’t drive. And every other place where there’s a problem, you work it out and the devil has tripped the church in the sand. That’s why I don’t go to church now because it’s full of negative people and people are mean and you’re supposed to go to church and everybody’s supposed to be nice. You find me one place in the Bible where there’s any prescription that says that when you come to church everybody going to be nice. How in the world is the place going to be nice when that’s where all the mean people come.

(00:44:28):
That’s why we got to have the presence of God to drive out the spirits. Could you imagine how wicked this place would be if the spirit of God was just in this room right now? You don’t understand. You don’t understand. There are people in here who are on the brink of suicide. There are people on the brink of psycho mania. The only reason why week after week we can have a peaceful congregational meeting is because the spirit of God dwells in the temple. You sitting next to somebody, they won argument away from taking somebody’s head off of their shoulders and ripping they arms out of their sockets. But the Holy Ghost, y’all not here with me today. You don’t know how many bill collectors they have to deal with this week, but the Holy Ghost, you don’t know how many times they had an argument with their spouse but the Holy Ghost, you don’t know how many times they had to look up and wonder if their child was coming in the door at night, but who hold if the rain? Oh, y’all don’t know about that. There’s something within me that banishes the pain. Y’all don’t know nothing about that. I don’t know what it is. I don’t know what it is. I’ll tell you what it is. It’s the Holy Ghost.

(00:46:02):
That’s why we used to sing songs in church like draw me nearer, nearer blessed Lord to the cross where thou has died. Y’all remember that song? Draw me nearer, nearer blessed Lord to thy precious bleeding sight. There was something in the old church that made us want to get close to him just to be close to you. We wanted to get close to him. They said, it’s just my one desire. We wanted to get close to him. Now we settle for the gate. We had rituals in church where when we would take the holy communion, the women would adorn themselves on the head and the men would be in suits and we observed the ordinances of the church we’ve lost because we’re gatekeepers just selling for a form of godliness denying the power thereof. And if the church gets too traditional, then you got to leave it and it ain’t that you hate tradition. It is that you hate the church that you came from and so since it was traditional then church that has tradition you hate because you hate your past. So you divulge that to your future.

Speaker 3 (00:47:36):
Talk about that

Pastor Keion (00:47:38):
And as much as you say you hate tradition, it’s amazing when we sing new songs, you sit there, but when we go back and pull one of ’em old songs, then your whole you love tradition. That song, that choir just got up here, somem that had you in here about to lose your mind

Speaker 3 (00:47:58):
Down.

Pastor Keion (00:48:03):
Lord, help me sit down. Where was his problem? Talk to me. Where was his problem in his flicks? Let’s do it more specifically. The Bible says it was his ankles and his feet, his foundation, Pete and John, this is how to get you. Y’all supposed to be preachers. You supposed to be a preacher. So help a brother out. Peter said, I’ll be back Peter, win the church. The Bible says at the ninth hour, every devout Jew in those days would go to the temple three times to pray. Nine in the morning, 12 noon, 3:00 PM so they would worship at nine, come back for lunch, worship again. Then again at three. This is the third time that Peter and John have been to the temple. And you have to understand in those days and times there was no pear land and the woodlands and sugar land, everybody lived close enough to the temple to get there three times a day. And when he went in on the way in, the man says, let me get you got a quarter. And Peter said, silver and gold have I none. Let me put it in English. I don’t carry cash bro.

(00:50:00):
I don’t carry cash. And then well lemme tell you, they slick now they’d be like, well, it’s an ATM right there. If you think I’m about to go stick this card in this ATM, let you see my password and then you hit me over the head and take it off. I don’t carry cash. This is God’s honest truth. One time I was at the Galleria, man asked me for something. I said, man, I ain’t got no cash. He said, I got cash app. I said, bro, if you can pay a cell phone bill, let me hold something Lonnie, come here. Louise, take me back to the laugh. All right, so alright, there is something many marketing people in here, how many people know marketing? So you’re going to know this term, there’s a term called geotargeting. Geotargeting is when a marketer sends something specifically to you, have you ever been looking on your phone and be like how they know? Because see, some of y’all think Siri starts listening when you say, Hey Siri, for her to respond means she was listening the whole time. That’s why sometimes she’d be like, what you say? I’m talking to you. What are you,

(00:52:06):
If my research serves me correct, the company that started this and was most effective at it was Lacoste back in the day. Nobody does that anymore, but back in the day they used to and so they would geo target. That’s why you get what you get and I get what I get because if I’m looking at golf stuff all day long, they’re trying to sell me golf equipment. You all you see is high heels. What else? What else y’all see? I know you can’t call it all out, but just the stuff that’s good for church purses. What’d you say? Yeah, okay, silver and gold. Have I none but such as I have give I to thee. Watch this. Here’s what the text says in the name of Jesus. Get up and walk. Nope, because if you read the text, he did not get up. Let’s go back. Are you okay sitting down there? I’m good. Alright. I didn’t expect you to be Indian style, but it’s all good. It’s my guy. I appreciate you. Silver and gold have a known verse six, but such as have I give thee in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth? Rise up and walk.

(00:53:32):
I said, rise up and walk. Get up. He didn’t move because sermons don’t work. Telling somebody what to do doesn’t work. When he said rise up and walk, he didn’t move. So what he said didn’t work. What he does next does they say he grabs him by the hand and pulls him up and after he pulled him up, the man started to walk. What am I telling you? If you are going to get it in the next dimension, you are going have to be radical enough to grab it.

Speaker 3 (00:54:22):
Oh God.

Pastor Keion (00:54:23):
Alright, take me back to this one, Luis. In this next season of your life, if you are going to get what God has for you, you are going to have to be radical enough to stop talking about it and you going to have to grab it, slap somebody and say, grab it, grab it. I want to see a thousand people in the house and 10,000 people online. Reach up and grab it Now I hope you’re next to somebody who’s not satisfied with you sitting down. So do me a favor because some of y’all got some thugs, so be careful. I want you to reach and grab the person next to you and say, I command you to get up and walk. I command you to take that frown off of your face and bless the Lord. I command you to release a sound in this place that makes the devil scared. Come on, grab him, grab him. I said, grab your neighbor. Tell ’em I refuse to let you lay down. I refuse to leave you in a dry place. Rise up and walk. Come on, grab somebody else. Tell ’em, neighbor, I’m on assignment to make sure that you don’t stay where you are. I command you to go to the next dimension.

(00:56:09):
I’m trying not to do this. I told myself, hold your mule but I want you to grab somebody. Grab ’em by the hand and say, neighbor, God told me to tell you that you are destined for the next level. Rise up and walk. Rise up and earn. Rise up and build. Rise up. I feel the Holy Ghost. I got more sermon but I feel the Holy Ghost. Oh, the next eight seconds I want you to find a real praise partner and say, neighbor, God has geo-targeting. Notice that the strength doesn’t go to any place except the Bible didn’t say strength went to him. It says strength went to his ankles. God says, I’m about to strengthen you everywhere you need it. I’m not going to waste power on stuff that already works. I’m just going to bless the broke stuff. Somebody’s shout, God’s about to bless the brook stuff. Watch this. I don’t even know what I’m doing right now. I’m going to go back and holler and talk, holler and talk. Y’all good with that? Now I got Bible on this. Some of you all are lame in a place, ankle, maybe for you it’s brain, heart,

(00:58:08):
Compassion, second chances, grudges, jealousy, envy. We all broke somewhere. Oh, look at you now. Don’t you act like you ain’t broke. I know you’re broke. All have sin and come short of the glory you broke somewhere. Watch this geotargeting. God sends the strength to his ankles and this dude who went from

Speaker 3 (00:58:48):
Sitting

Pastor Keion (00:58:50):
For 40 years, he didn’t go to rehab, he didn’t have to gain strength, he didn’t have to get it. Sooner or later, all of a sudden he just started. He started running and started jumping and the Bible says and praising God, watch this, watch this. He went from not being able to do it ever to having all of his faculties. Watch this and here’s what most of us do. We allow the broke part of us to speak to the stuff that still works because his ankles should not have been able to keep him from getting in the temple. There was another way for him to get there, but there is another way. Touch your neighbor. Say if I got to drag myself, if I’ve got to crawl, I’m going to get to the temple. I need all of the people who made excuses in 2023 to make up in your mind. You ain’t making excuses anymore. I’m going to get what God has for stop letting what isn’t working. Alright, lemme give you Bible. How many of y’all remember a boy named Mephibosheth? He was the son of a man named Jonathan who was David’s best friend and the bible says that when David became king, he said, where is Zeba?

(01:01:12):
Who is the son of Mephibosheth? Because I’m getting ready to give Zeba everything that he didn’t get from his father. Saul, you missed it because Mephibosheth was dropped by his nurse when he was five years old and was paralyzed from the waist down. Now his legs did not work, but he still had a baby. Y’all missed it. Lemme say it again. He was paralyzed from the waist down, but he still found a tender. Come here. Bobby found him a tender and had a baby, which means he said, I know my legs is broke but I’m not about to let what’s broke keep me from using what works. I don’t know who I’m talking to in here, but you better stop letting a broke part of you make decisions for the part of you that still works. I am trying to get out of here, just touch three people and say I got something and it still works. I got something and it still works. Something is broke but something still works. I’m frustrated over here but I’m good over here. I’m angry over here, but I’m happy over here. I might not have money but I got favor. Tell somebody it works and it works and it works and it works.

(01:02:51):
Y’all got time for something else. Watch this. They picked the boy up. They picked the man up and the Bible says that it was Peter and who? John. Now I don’t even know why Luke mentioned John in the text, Peter did all of the miracle working. It was Peter that said, I ain’t got the money. It was Peter that made the declaration. John was just there but he helped Peter pick it up. Peter gets no credit for the miracle. John gets no credit for the miracle. John is not attributed to being a miracle worker. John gets no acclaim for the miracle. Only Peter. And then God told me to tell every person who goes from a cup holder and a gatekeeper and transforms your life, God says, I’m going to send you silent partners, somebody who will help you get to where you need to get and they don’t need credit for helping and they will help you pick it up. Even if your name gets the contractor, ask your neighbor, will you help me praise the Lord because I got a miracle I need in my house. Ask your neighbor, will you help me give God glory? I got a healing I need in my body. Ask your neighbor, will you help me Praise him.

(01:04:34):
What did your neighbor say? They didn’t talk to you.

Speaker 2 (01:04:39):
Turn

Pastor Keion (01:04:42):
And find another neighbor and say, neighbor, will you help me bless him? What did they say?

Speaker 2 (01:04:54):
Turn

Pastor Keion (01:04:56):
And find another neighbor and say, neighbor, over the next 30 seconds I’m about to lose my mind. Will you help me praise them? You don’t know what? I had to go through Chester to get here. My legs didn’t work. My mind was filled with pain, but I felt strength coming right where I needed it. Tell him name. I’m about to leave you all alone. I’m about to leave y’all alone. Lemme tell you one more thing. Lonnie, come on back up here. He’s already walking. Look at him. Look at him. Watch this. Bring verse 11 up on the screen. I saw this blew my mind. I was talking to my friend Steve ick about this yesterday and he said, man, if you don’t give them this in verse 11, don’t call me. I looked at verse number 11. I never saw it in my life, but see on this message, he was my silent partner. He said, I want you to look at verse number 11. Verse number 11 says, and as the lame man, which was healed,

Speaker 3 (01:06:31):
Heal

Pastor Keion (01:06:32):
Still held. Peter and John and I asked myself, why is a man that can walk still holding on to somebody is because there is something to be said about somebody who touched you when you were down. Kendrick Lamar said, loyalty, loyalty, loyalty. Ask your neighbor, if I get you up, will you remain loyal after the process?

(01:07:18):
Tell ’em if I pray for you, a miracle’s going to come over your life, but I want to know if you’re going to still hold on me after you get the miracle. Is your neighbor touching you? You got the wrong neighbor. Found you a loyal person on your row. Let’s check and see if they’re loyal. Say neighbor, when I move you move just like that. Did they move? They ain’t loyal. Find somebody else. Say Neighbor, if I dance, will you dance just like that? Did they do it? You got the wrong neighbor, one for the father, one for the son, and one for the Holy Ghost. Find you a neighbor that’s already leaping. Find you a neighbor that’s already praising God. Find you a neighbor that’s already giving them glory and say, neighbor, I’m your silent partner. God pit me here to push you over to the next level air. I am looking for somebody loyal

Speaker 2 (01:08:57):
Who

Pastor Keion (01:08:57):
Will praise God. Can’t nobody do me like Jesus. Can’t nobody love me like Jesus? Can’t nobody love me better? Make me happy. Make me feel this way. I need about 1000 people to tell your neighbor I once was a lost, but now I’m found. I once was blind, but now I see through many dangers I am about to lose my mind. I’m about to lose my mind. Too many dangers. Let’s go ahead on and do it tos and SNAs I’ve already overcome. It was grace that brought me this far and it’ll be that same grace that’ll lead me on over the next 30 seconds. I need somebody that has been picked up to open up your mouth and lose your mind and give God. Give God. God’s going to send you loyal people. I promise you there is somebody around you right now. God is changing their heart and they’re starting to recognize that their destiny is connected to you. God’s about to send you a real friend and they’re not going to need credit. They’re going to put you on and they don’t need nothing in return. Somebody who’ll just be glad to walk with you and happy to see you win and see you doing well and it’ll congratulate you when it’s your turn. And guess what? You’re going to do the same for them when it’s their turn. Because lemme tell you, if God is blessing your neighbor, it means he’s in the neighborhood.

(01:15:06):
Now I know when you get hurt, you say you don’t need friends, but let tell you, there’s going to come a time where you’re going to have to pick something up and you’re going to need some help to carry it. God will send that man, that woman, that person at the right time. I promise you he will. But you got to be open. You got to have the capacity and God’s going to give you everything back. He is going to give it all back to you. Be not weary in your well-doing it matters not what you lost. He can give it if he was faithful before he can be faithful again. I know for myself because I’ve seen the lightning flashing, I’ve nearly lost it all. Sometimes God has to empty the cup so he can feel it again. And some of us can’t get what’s coming because we’re afraid of the empty cup we once held. There’s another cup coming and this one will be flowing with milk and honey. He’s going to surprise you by strength and he’s going to give it to you right where you need it. He’s not going to waste it anywhere else.

(01:17:12):
Right where you’re broken. You’re going to start to feel the strength that you’ve never felt before in your life and you got to be willing to let it all go. And you got to trust him in spite of how you feel.

Speaker 2 (01:17:37):
Thank you.

Pastor Keion (01:17:41):
He who has began a good work in you. Yes, shall establish it until the day of Jesus Christ. And don’t you be weary in your well-doing for you shall reap a harvest. If you don’t get too tired and quit. All you need is a little strength. You can do anything if you’ll just get up. Don’t let masculinity keep you on the ground. Don’t let pride keep you on the ground. Repent for this is the day of the Lord. Forgive us of our sins as we forgive those we have sinned against us. Lead us not into temptation.

Speaker 2 (01:19:00):
Tempt

Pastor Keion (01:19:02):
Deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory forever.
