Your worship is bad for business and anytime you mess up somebody’s economy, they will fight you with everything they have. But God told me to tell you that your worship is about to shake the very foundation of the thing that has your entire family held captive. If you believe it before you sit down high five, three people and tell ’em, I promise you, you got freedom on the way

What you may not know is that this story happens during what’s called Paul’s second missionary journey. What’s the missionary journey? A missionary journey is when a person goes to a foreign place to simply share the gospel. It’s a missionary trip, a missionary journey, and Lord, he sponsored it himself because Paul was a business owner, he was a tent maker. He made money on the side so he wasn’t just a minister, he was a businessman and so he was able to make enough money making tents so that he could go make disciples. See, this is why you want to pray in this year of wealth and wisdom. It’s because if your money doesn’t help you to reach your purpose, what’s the point? If you’re going to become wealthy and become selfish, what’s the point? The purpose of wealth is to give you freedom to do what God has called you to do. Somebody shout, I’m not clocking in this year. I’m not clocking in. Paul traveled on a foreign trip to share the gospel. Now this is crazy because if you knew Paul and his former life, you wouldn’t think he was worthy to preach Paul’s old job other than tent making was the persecution of Christians.

He literally imprisoned and murdered people for believing in God and now here he is imprisoned for the same thing. He put people in prison for. Now let me just say this off top that God is not petty like that, but ain’t nobody going to do nothing to you that God don’t make sure it happens to them. No. God says, I will repay evil for evil. Vengeance is mine, said the Lord.

When we look at this, Paul is now a preacher of the gospel and we can trace this back to Acts chapter nine where this man was walking on the road to Damascus, which was a city to vex and to persecute certain Christians. The Bible says he was breathing out threats and slaughter and on his way to go kill Christians. The Bible says suddenly he was arrested, he fell to the ground, his eyes got scales over them and God called him to preach while he was on his way to murder Christians. Don’t you tell me that God can’t change people. There is somebody right now that you think is so far gone and you’ll say, ain’t nothing going to help him. You might not be able to help him but God, can I speak to that parent who has a son or a daughter that’s so wayward that you’re looking at ’em and you’re saying, I don’t even know what’s wrong with you. This is not how I raised you. I don’t know why you’re going in that direction. Can I just speak to you right now that when God decides to get involved on their road to Damascus, he will blind them and they will come up saying, I once was blind,

But now I see after years of persecuting Christians, God says, I have need of you and I want you to undo what you did. I want you now to undo what you did. See, you’ve got to understand that sometimes God gives certain people experiences in areas so that when he sends them back, they go with knowledge. Are y’all listening to me? See, if you’ve never been in prison, you don’t really know how to do prison ministry. You can speak at it but you can’t speak to it.

Come on y’all. If you ain’t ever been broke, you can talk about faith, but if you ever been broke and God still found a way to keep the rent paid and to keep the car in your possession and to put food on the table when you really been through it, you can talk to it. Somebody said, I’ve been there before. When your heart has been broken and you came to church and praise God through a divorce and you praise God through pain and you praise God through suicide and you praise God through all kinds of stuff, when you get into church and your worship is actually rooted in something you’ve been through, you got to understand that a worship that’s rooted in something I’ve been through is different than a worship with me talking at something when I’ve been through it, I know what it takes to get out of it. I need you to identify yourself. Anybody been through anything in here? Do me a favor, tap your name. So I’m cute, but I’ve been through something. Don’t look at me like that. I can tell by you looking at me what you think about me. I’m cute, but I’ve been through something. You look at me raising these kids talking about you make it so easy. Oh, it might look easy, but baby, it was hard as hell. I have been through a lot. You don’t understand what I have been through. I felt like giving up. I felt like throwing in the towel. I threw my hands up and I did quit, but the Lord wouldn’t let me.

When every once in a while when you’re going through this, you will meet people who will be glad to meet you at first, but will regret what they found out. The real you is all about. When Paul showed up into the city, they say, here he comes. Here’s the guy who came to murder. He’s about to help us. They don’t recognize that he’s coming back but he ain’t coming the same. And I hope that God changes your life so much that when you come back people come expecting you to be who you were, but when you show up in a different form, they get frustrated. Let me show you. Some of ’em already told you they don’t like who you changed into. They don’t text you no more. They don’t call you no more. They don’t invite you. No way. That’s their way of saying, we don’t like you no more, and I want you to look at me and say, guess what? I don’t like you either. I don’t like who I was when I was around you. I don’t like what I became in your present. I don’t like the conversations we used to have. Thank you for rejecting me because you proved to me that I actually did change.

I don’t know who this is for, but I want you to elbow somebody who ain’t going to get offended and tell him. God said he’s going to break every chain. He’s going to break every chain. He’s going to break every chain so he gets there and because he doesn’t come in the same frame, watch this. The last time he was around killing folks, they said nothing. He came back spreading the gospel. They arrested him. Have you ever got in trouble when you wasn’t doing nothing wrong and you said, now if you was going to get me, you should have got me when I was worth being got, but now I’m over here getting it and now you want to get me. Put Paul in prison. Paul is in jail. He doesn’t have any idea what for and when he gets there, he meets the magician who the Bible says is a false prophet, and when Paul gets there, there’s a man that wants to have a meeting with Paul. He’s over the government. He wants to have a meeting with Paul but the magician who has power because he is in the business of bringing economy into the city. He says, don’t meet with Paul otherwise I’m going to take my business elsewhere. So the magician stops Paul from having a meeting with somebody who wants to meet with Paul for the purposes of sharing the gospel,

The magician gets in the way of Paul’s journey. Paul looks at the man. So this is how Paul wasn’t scared. Paul looked at the man and said, so you’re going to get in between me and my destiny? Paul looked at him, read your Bible. God didn’t say it. Paul looked at the man and said, because you are getting in the way of what God has for me to do. He says, I command you to be blind. Did you not know that you have enough authority to take your enemy sight? Paul says, from this point forward, watch this. You’ll be blind for a season. I don’t know who this is for. This is the time for you to start your work because everything that has been attacking you is about to be blinded for a season. Hear what I’m telling you now, it’s not going to be forever. They’re going to get they mojo back. They’re going to get they second win and the devil’s going to come back, right? But right now God says, I’m about to blind your enemies for a season so you can get this work done without looking over your shoulders. Who am I speaking to in here?

Paul is on his missionary journey. He’s sharing the gospel. He’s bad for business because the magician is angry with him. So what Paul does and go back and read it, he comes back on the second missionary journey to see the churches that he set up to see if they were progressing, to see if Super Monday was working. He came back to see whether they should continue with LHU Lighthouse University or should they stop it. He came back to check on NYT. He came to see if Herse was doing good. He came to see if the mountain men’s ministry was doing good and when he came back, all of the ministries were doing exactly what he wanted them to do. But now when it seems like everything is going well, here comes the devil again. See, you get mad when it’s one thing after another, one thing after another means that you are being used by God and the enemy is throwing all of his resources to get you to quit. Because let me tell you something, if you don’t stop, you going change the world. If you don’t stop, your son is actually going to make it. If you don’t stop, your daughter’s actually going to succeed. If you don’t, your marriage is actually going to make it. If you don’t stop that business is actually going to open. If you don’t, God is actually going to give you a million dollar idea. If you don’t stop, it’s going to open for you. They that wait on the Lord.

Can you do me a favor? Can you encourage your neighbor to tell them please till you get enough mean? I’m talking about when you didn’t have any customers all week. I’m talking about when your phone didn’t ring. I’m talking about when you didn’t get any likes on Instagram. I’m talking about when nobody hits you up on Facebook. Why? Because if you stay consistent, God is going to open up the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing on you that you don’t have room enough to receive. Keep filling out applications, keep showing up and letting them tell you you’re overqualified. Keep showing up until they call you Chairman, somebody going to get it. Keep showing up until they call you The greatest they ever lived keeps showing up. There is something to be said about going back to make sure that it’s working and when he gets back on the second missionary journey, he’s with a guy named Barnabas and this is getting ready to get some of y’all. Barnabas said as we go on our next journey, I want to bring a man named John Mark with us. Paul said, no, because I don’t trust John Mark.

He said, I don’t trust John Mark. So I tell you what, since you do Barnabas, you and John Mark go that way. I’m getting ready to call in another dude named Silas who I do trust. Can I just help some of y’all? You got to understand that there are some people who God assigned to your first journey that are not assigned to your second journey. The people who came here with you doesn’t necessarily mean God wants him to go there with you and sometimes you got to recognize who you cannot bring with you. Oh God, this is going to be a tough one because some of y’all want to bring everybody because you Peter Pan and you Robinhood and you the nice person and you got to bring everybody with you. But God says there are some people who can go here. They don’t have an invitation and don’t you mess around and get locked out because you share your key with somebody who hasn’t been invited. You got to know who can go with you. You don’t get to go because we got the same last name. Come on now. You don’t get to go because we’ve been friends since high school. You don’t get to grow and this is what people will hold you to the loyalty of yesterday. I don’t have to pay you today for what you did yesterday. I paid you yesterday for what you did yesterday. If you won’t favor today, show up again.

Don’t you let nobody hold you to forever for what they did five years ago? You got to know when it’s John Mark’s opportunity and when it’s silences chance, my question for you is who have you opened the door for that God closed it on and who are you trying to drag that’s showing you they don’t want to go? You going to be so tired when you arrive that you won’t have energy for your destiny because you have drunk some dead weight into the future and watch this, anybody you got to beg to go, you going to have to beg to stay. You better make sure you are traveling with somebody who wants to go. Who am I talking to in here? I said, who am I talking to? The person that you trusted last time, you can’t trust this time the person you called the last time you went through a crisis. You better not tell ’em your business this season. That was barnabas’s season. This is, could you imagine if Paul would’ve ended up in prison with Barnabas who would’ve never got out because Barnabas would’ve been complaining and not praising? Do me a favor and make sure the person next to you is doing exactly what you’ve been doing all week, all Sunday, all day. Because if you’ve been praising God all day and they’ve been sitting there like

You ain’t getting out, look to your left and you look, look, look. Is your name John or is your name Silas? Because I know where I’m headed. I just need to make sure you headed there with me and please don’t play with me. I will show you the D. I will ask you to move off of my rope. I will excuse you out of my life. I have fought too hard to get here to get stuck. If you’re in the balcony and you hear me make some noise, you know how exhausting it is to be almost out dealing with somebody who’s satisfied with being in just when you about to get your mind free from the negativity here they come with some more stupid stuff reminding you about what? Listen, you need the kind of people in your life who know what to bring you. You need the kind of people in your life who understand that this ain’t the season to be bargaining you down with some gossip. I need you to encourage me so I can encourage myself. So God, the Bible says, and I don’t know what it is about this couple right here, but I keep saying y’all, the Lord has put you on my heart. Two weeks in a row, I speak right now in the name of Jesus that whatever you start and God’s about to bring it to pass.

I don’t know what you got your hand to, but don’t you take your hand off of it. God says this is your second time around and he’s about to deliver you in this season in the name of Jesus, the couple that worships together. Y’all been praying together. Y’all been fasting together. Y’all been holding hands in the midnight hour. I speak against every devil and every curse I come up against every witch and every warlock. I come up against every spirit of rejection and I speak that this is your season. You’ve been on my mind for two weeks and I don’t even know y’all name. The Bible says that Paul and Barnabas go their separate ways. This is the season you going to find out whether you with John Mark or Silas and you better stop ignoring them signs because where you’re going, you’re going to need somebody with the same energy you got. You can’t be around people who are around people you can’t trust. You’re not hearing me. This ain’t the time for you to be connected and yolked to double-minded people because I can’t share my vision with you. When you going to go share with somebody who going to try to head me off at the past, I need to know not only can I trust you, but can I trust who you to.

I don’t know who this is for. I’m about to prophesy for you and it’s going to hurt, but your circle is shrinking and you are about to lose people who were walking with you when you arrived. And here’s what they’re going to say. If it wasn’t for me, then you wouldn’t be here to this. You say to them, if you made me make another one, see how that goes because they don’t recognize they’re being connected to you. Don’t you make me, you right, you right, you right. It almost came out you right John Mark, you can’t go because the Lord didn’t show me You in my future, stop a apologizing to people who want to go with you but are not assigned to you. You owe nobody an apology that you did not extend a courtesy that God did not tell you to extend. You owe it to yourself to be obedient to who God put in your life. And the Bible says that God spoke to Paul in a night vision and in a dream and said, go to Macedonia. See, you will disassociate yourself from people who should not go simply by where you go.

If you keep going where he told you to go, you will find out that they don’t have a ticket in that class. He said, go to Macedonia. And when he got there, a woman said, I’ve been expecting you. Watch what she says, come to my house. Now, anybody who’s ever been on a missionary trip recognizes that there ain’t no Airbnbs, ain’t no Uber, no Lyft. So most times when you go on a missionary journey, you have to stay with somebody and they probably don’t have the accommodations you have.

Everybody say you want to be helpful. I remember one time I went to Africa and I went to a church where they literally cut the head off of a goat in front of the church to feed the people who had walked miles to come hear us preach and you have never smelled a stench like three day old blood. You have no idea what death smells like. The minister stepped in the blood and then trapped it in the car. And when we got in the car the next day, the smell was so horrific that I vowed I was never going back to Africa again. But I’m called there, I’m called there and it pulled me back and anybody who knows me know how men smells do. I can’t take it. I have a diffuser in my HVAC system right now at my house. I want it all over. You walk in my house, you think you at a hotel smell like the western. Oh, y’all don’t act like y’all don’t know about that western smell. He said, I’m here lady said, come to the house, watch this because when you are where you are supposed to be,

You don’t have to force your way in. You are invited in and I speak into your life now that you are getting ready to stop forcing yourself into positions that God have for you. You are about to be so aligned with what God has for you that there are going to be so many invitations you won’t even know which ones to take. I promise you, if some of you all will settle down right now, you are starting to recognize that people are looking for you. I speak to your skillset. I speak to your business set. I speak to your personality that everything you are and everything you have to offer is going to now be on an invitation list where people are going to start asking you to come watch this so they can pay you for your presence. Who am I talking to? Anybody here got an idea that you need God to breathe on? Anybody got a business idea that you need? God says I’m about to put your name on the list and you will be invited. That’s why you got to stop forcing yourself because every time you force yourself in a room you should not be in, you are unavailable to be in the ones you should be because you somewhere faking you ought to be where you need to be. Somewhere where you are authentically want it.

I don’t want you sitting at the table with five people you acting like you like no more. You don’t need to be sitting at a table with five people. You’re only like one God’s about to put your name on list and you’re not going to have to force yourself in any other rooms. They’re just going to be like, you know what? I’m looking for somebody who does X, Y, Z and you’re going to be like, that’s what I do and you’re going to be like, that’s crazy. Know it ain’t crazy. It is God and just remember I told you that’s what he’s about to do. This is not serendipity. It won’t be a shock. I’m just telling it’s about to happen. You’re just going to get paid more because God said so for the same job. God says, I want you to come to Macedonia. Now, can you imagine what Paul said? Paul said Macedonia. Well, I’m moving to Houston. I mean Macedonia. There you go. There you go, you here. You see, I love when people get what I’m saying. Why did I come to Houston? Why would I leave South Florida and come I ain’t got no family. There

Ain’t no job waiting on me there. I don’t know those crazy highways. What’s a feeder where I grew up? You can get anywhere in five minutes. You mean I signed up for 45 minutes worth of traffic to go to my neighbor’s house. Who can you turn anywhere and what’s the difference between West Park and the beltway and what’s a beltway and then what’s 99? A bigger belt? Okay, yeah, the inner loop, the outer loop, the bigger loop, the other loop. Six 10 i ten two ninety, highway 6 2 49, 2 88, 2 much. Who told me to move to a city where my window going to get broke every day because of a rock and who said that it is okay to be 130 for 95 days straight and rain even when it ain’t on the radar? God did and God said yes. I sent you to a city where you have no family, where you have no friends, where you have no job, where you feel lonely, where they got an accent you can’t understand, they wear their hair different, everything’s changed and you are exactly where you are supposed to be because you will only be successful where you are invited, not where you’re comfortable.

You were comfortable in Seattle, you were comfortable in New Orleans, you were comfortable in California but you were called to Texas and some of y’all lying watching me right now you sitting in Atlanta, you sitting in Miami, you sitting in LA and you are unhappy talking about that’s my pastor. You better listen to that dream and you better buy that one way ticket and you better go in the direction that God is calling you. Because let me tell you, when you get here you’re going to find a rule full of people who did exactly what you are scared to do if you ain’t from here, but God sent you here. Make some noise,

Watch this, watch this. Lemme tell you I know what I’m talking about. I preached in Indianapolis, Indiana and when I was there last, there was a lady with a little bitty girl at the altar and I saw this little girl and I start prophesying to the mama. I said, that baby is special. I said, that little baby is special. That little girl is going to do something. And when I say do something, I ain’t talking about being a dentist. I’m talking about owning all of the dentistry places that she will open in the city. I’m talking about whatever she wants to do, she’s going to be amazing. I prophesied to her, she starts to look for a house to move to Houston because she believes that the word that I spoke over her daughter, her daughter needs to sit under it. That ain’t the shouting part. She starts looking for a realtor and stumbled up on a girl named Kiana Singleton. For those of y’all don’t know, that’s my sister. So I prophesied to the baby Now she’s about to buy a house that she’s about to close on in 30 days, which my sister’s going to get 3% because one word from your mouth is about to bless your whole house. I don’t know who I’m talking to,

But I speak right now in the name of Jesus. That one thing you going to cite. Y’all don’t understand that in these last days people are moving from cities to sit under a word that can be bred and light to the path. Don’t you play when God has you under an anointing? Because if you take it for granted, God will move you and transplant somebody in your space and once you get out, you can’t get back in. I’m wise enough to know that I am in a portal that every day is doing this. There’s going to come a day, I’m going to stand on the stage and ain’t nobody going to hear nothing. I have to say there’s going to be a day. Don’t even see it coming. But you got to understand that one day somebody’s going to look at the lighthouse church and say, oh, that church used to be, oh, it was hot back in the day, but somebody else is coming along right now. And you got to understand that you have to master decline. If you keep thinking you going to be where you are the rest of your life, you better speak to somebody who will tell you they wake up with pains they didn’t have last year. You got a master decline because you will not be who you are today, tomorrow

The port is closing. That’s why you have to take advantage while it’s still open and she’s moving to Texas. Now here’s the crazy thing for all of you crazy people who moved to Houston with nothing, welcome to the party because that’s how I got here. I moved here two weeks after hurricane Ike had hit and when I got here everything was flooded. Everybody’s furniture was on the street. And I said, God, you mean to tell me you sent me to a place where the mosquitoes are big enough to fly me out of here. Y’all know how the mosquitoes grow during the hurricane. See, I could have grabbed one of ’em just and God said, yep, I moved you to a city where there is no power and I moved you to a city where y’all got to set up, fold up chairs outside and have church in the sun. And I moved you to a city where the sun is so disrespectful that it will burn you without your permission. And by the way, I have the worst allergies known to man. God sent me here where allergies were created. This is where the allergies reside.

The allergies reside in spite of it all getting here and then thinking it was the promised land only to be fired for coming and embarrassed and humiliated in front of thousands of people. I stand here today to tell you if I had chance to go

And do it all over again, I would’ve left a week earlier. But God does not tell you what you’re going to. He just tells you where to go to see if you will trust him. And they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will walk and be weary and run and not faint. If you keep yourself together one day, you’ll be glad you came to. You were never going to get married in that town you was living in. You knew everybody anyway. Your child was never going to succeed in the town where every teacher knew about their history. Sometimes God has to move you away from your past so he can show you your future, give you another opportunity for people to give you a chance and not judge you based on who you were. Because I am no longer Saul the murderer. I am Paul the prophet. So sometimes God has to move your way from your history, move you into your future where you are a mystery and see if you have the character to build yourself up so that you can make a move and change the world.

I know you didn’t want to leave South Florida but had you staged, you’d be dead, sir. They would’ve killed you out of pure jealousy and envy. Sometimes he has to move you where nobody knows you so you can stay alive long enough to find out why you were born. So yes, you lonely and you don’t know where to go and you got to use your navigation every time you get in the car. I feel like I’m talking to somebody in here. You have been to the movies more times by yourself in the last two years than you’ve ever been in your entire life, but watch what’s about to take off and pop off. You going to say like David, it was good that I was afflicted. I did not want to move to Macedonia. I did not want to move to Texas. Didn’t. What is a cypress? What is a woodlands? What is a sugar land? What is a pair of land? What is a humble? Is it humble? Humble? I don’t know but I’m here. I just want to send a word of encouragement for anybody who dropped everything to get here. Who am I talking to?

You dropped everything and you just bought a one-way ticket, put everything in the car and just shifted babies. Don’t got friends in the school system. Don’t know nobody on the block. You’re just here. Stand up if I’m talking to you, look at this, look at this. You are standing next to somebody who knows exactly how you feel and Macedonia is where it jumped off. It’s always the place you were sent, not the place you went. God’s promises are in the places he sends you, not the places you want to go. And yes, there are other cities that you would have a good time in, but you too old to be trying to have fun. I’m okay with me. I’m not playing with y’all. I’m not playing. I’m serious. You too old to be talking about day parties. You too old to be talking about cocktails. You too old to be talking about martinis. You got some money to make. You need a retirement plan, you got a family to build. This ain’t about fun. This is about the future and if you want to have some fun, start your own restaurant and make ’em pay you for the atmosphere.

You was sent here and you’ve been crying ever since you’ve been here. See, I ain’t even in my sermon right now. This is what you call ministering because I feel y’all pulling on my spirit and I’m trying to get back up there and you know the haters going to say he ain’t preaching. Jesus. Watch the whole sermon and stop talking. I’m talking to the people who have been pulled to a place. They had no roots. You didn’t know nothing about this place. You’re going to be the only one that got braids in this season and you going to walk around mad because somebody copying you. Be blessed and happy that you doing enough that somebody wants to be seen being you and don’t stop being you to keep them from copying because the problem with copying me is you’re always behind me. Annoying circumstances have to be handled in the spirit. When your spouse annoys you, you have to handle that in the spirit. When your boss annoys you, you have to handle that in the spirit because if you pop off you’re going to lose your job. And let me tell you what’s worse than an annoying person. Bills you can’t pay. Now, that’s bad. Bible says, I promise you, and I’m not using a euphemism. His exact words were She’s annoying me. The Bible says she annoyed Paul so much. That’s verse 17 of chapter 25. The Bible says that she did this so many days Paul got annoyed. The Lord told me to tell you high places come with annoying people. You’re not going to be a supervisor and not get annoyed. You’re not going to be over nothing and not be annoyed. You’re going to get betrayed by somebody you gave a shot to. It is what it is.

I can shut up and let y’all go home, but I’m not finished with my job. But I can give the benediction and we can be done because you got to understand y’all, everybody don’t want this. There are some people like the fortune teller in here saying, shut up because you know demons go to church. They just don’t like to stay for alone. I’m going to tell y’all something. Some of y’all be in such a hurry to get out of here. You don’t know that you Ms. Church when you leave because sometimes we stay in here and then church starts. We’ll be in here to one o’clock still worshiping, you’ll be at papa’s gossiping and we in here getting more, filling our spirit.

Let me get y’all out of here. The Bible says that they arrested Paul Roman, they did him so bad, they ripped his clothes off of him and beat him with rods and put him in prison. And the Bible doesn’t say they put him in prison. The Bible says they put him in the inner prison. I had to do all of that because I am so sick of people praising God that at midnight Paul and Silas praised God and they got out of prison and don’t know all that he had been through and all the decisions that he had to make, how he handled being in a high place, what was his spirit like? How did he handle annoying people? That’s why the worship worked. You can’t just be mean all day and dear short, here, shout and get the glory. You got to treat bad people good. You got to look over your enemies. You got to be in the right place at the right time. You got to have Silas with you and not John Mark. All of that is the reason that why he got in prison at midnight. It worked because he had done so many things on the way to midnight.

My question for you is how do you act in the dark? How do you act when people are mean to you? Yes. How do you act when you know she’s trying to destroy you and you know she trying to gaslight and you know he’s a liar and you know that you could destroy him with one sentence? Oh, come on, talk to me, but for the sake of your character and look at me. Thank you Holy Spirit. I know he did you wrong, but for the sake of your children. Now I think I can minister in here because a lot of people choose themselves over their children. You choose to feel better by exposing than cover for the sake of a child because just because you lost a husband don’t mean they got to lose a father. Listen to me. I was raised by a woman who never said a negative thing to me about my father and I never saw the benefits of child support. I never saw anything that looked like fatherhood, but she never badmouthed him to me because she knew that he had one thing that I needed and that was the rightly divide the word of truth. And she left him pure in my eyes. And I to this day don’t know how she felt about him because a mature woman and a mature man can keep their mouth shut for the sake of their child’s future.

The Bible says that when they started to praise, the prison started to shake. Can you see Paul in Silas looking at their praise, shake up the stuff and they’re trying to hold on because they’re shouting so loud that everything is becoming unstable. I am watching some of you and you so cool right now and you so calm and collected and yet you asking God to break it. I’m going to say it again. And at midnight Paul and sin began to praise God and the Bible says the foundation began to shake.

When the prison guard, I saw that the bars had disengaged and he was now in prison, the Bible says he got scared because the penalty for losing a prisoner was death. So he was getting ready to run and commit suicide because Paul and Silas got free. And Paul said to an annoying person, do thyself no harm. I don’t hold you accountable for what happened to me. This was always a part of God’s plan. And if you didn’t do it to me, somebody else was going to watch. I’m telling you, you don’t know what your shout is going to do. They look at him shouting in prison. He says, do thyself no harm. Watch the next thing. The prison God says, he says, you’re not going to try to kill me, you not going to escape. He said, that’s the kind of spirit you have after all I’ve done to you. Watch what the man says next. What must I do to be saved? Your reaction to trouble is evangelism. You going to mess around and make somebody come to God the way you’ve been acting in your stuff.

You hear me Jay much hell, you’ve been taken at the job. But the way your character remains, jj, you don’t even know Somebody’s going to come to you and say, man, who is that? God, you. How do you keep your family together in the midst? What do you have that I don’t have? Come see a man. Take anybody and change ’em into somebody. And we kept lasting and they said we were going to fail and we kept coming back. And then all of a sudden God smiled and we looked up and he showed himself to be faithful. And all along that way it looked like it was a lie. And ain’t nothing worse than telling somebody, God told you to do something that don’t look like it, but he did it. And you know why I’m so encouraged today, sir? The reason why I’m encouraged today is because I just found out recently that we just got started.
